The beach was beautiful with clear waters perfect for swimming. The room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a spacious bathroom. Loved the sauna and hot tub at the spa. The dining options were diverse and the staff were helpful, always ready to assist. Found it easy to relax under sun umbrellas on the poolside, too.

Every moment was a joy at this stunning resort! The beach felt like stepping into a movie, with soft sands and crystal-clear waters that were a total dream come true. I loved the fantastic food choices available at the a la carte restaurants, especially the incredible service at La Hacienda, which made each meal unforgettable.

This was just a strong match for a weekend vacation in Playa del Carmen with great value-to-price ratio. The pools were fun and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Be ready for some long walks to the rooms and restaurants.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the circuit "5 continents" with all the water jets and massages. Found the property beautiful, and the wildlife was a great touch! Highly recommend checking out the Chill Out area for a nice atmosphere while enjoying some drinks.
